The Week of Terror In the year 14,889 Ce , the week of terror refers to an event which took place near the northern sectors of the Galactic Antonian. The outcome forever changed interstellar defense measures, created the Satellite defense stations and introduced the galaxy to the Empire of Unity. Begenning of the crisis The Galactic Antonian was nearing it's 70th anniversary. The Torkas Empire recently had attempted a border breach to the west making security extra high throughout the entire Antonian due to the fear of spycraft entering confidential areas. Because of the heightened awareness, satellites detected an anomaly just to the outside of the G.A's eastern buffer zone near the Vulipi System . Appearing like a small black hole, it vanished within a day's time. Later in the same week, three satellite colonies were sacked. Survivors managed to escape to nearby installations and recounted unusual, foreign ships decorated with red lights. The attackers made strange demands for all of the dead on board each station be handed over to them along with food supplies and any soil to also be turned over. Upon refusing, the space colonies were destroyed. The mysterious fleet had the capability to join together in one mass and separate into at least 30 vessels. The first planet to encounter the foreigners was Vulipi. From that day forward the Vuliphites and their leader, Carper, became extreme isolationist until their planet was destroyed by another foreign fleet. (See Vulipi System for more details of that event ) After pausing in its advances, the large mass of ships proceeded to travel at great speeds and entered G.A colonized space. Tepi12, an uninhabited planet was reduced in size after the large, black orb-like vessel visited its surface creating mass panic among both officials and civilians. The ruling Anton vowed to meet the "Barbaric and Brute Visitors" with a force of reckoning. Anton Saxton the Ist gave orders to his son, Head Admiral Baton, to meet the threat with the might of the entire defense fleet. Despite being ordered to move the entire fleet out of port from Vancoura, Admiral Baton decided to keep his flagship, the Bastion, in orbit of the capital planet. Conclusion and Aftermath What seemed to be a contained situation near Tepi12 quickly turned out to be more complex. The interstellar navy was present between the affected system and its neighbors forming a wall of defenses. However, the foreign vessels never appeared. To everyone's dismay, the dark fleet ran into another anomaly making it appear near Vancoura itself. Head Admiral Baton scrambled his strike force, along with his personal flagship, and proceeded forward to intercept the hostile forces. Once in range, the Admiral attempted to raise communications with the largest vessel which was like a vast, dark orb speckled with an array of red lights. A connection was made, and according to witnesses, it was the most otherworldly encounter for all on the bridge of the Bastion. Below is the first-hand account from Ship's First mate, Dunher . "The leader of the mysterious fleet introduced himself as an emperor of all, a synthetic mind seeking to unite every race of man to its will under 'The Empire of Unity'. The alien proceeded to tell the Admiral that he had come to our space due to a rare and uncontrolled phenomenon. And, the arrogance of this being, it demanded that we give over our dead and supply it with topsoil from our worlds until a passage back to its domain could be found. The Admiral would have none of this and began a counteroffer. He instructed me to scan for more anomalies, and in that lucky instance, one was found. We made the location not announced and proceeded to tell the tyrant alien there was indeed an anomaly. However, displeased was this creature. It began to demand we give it tribute for the sacrilege displayed before 'His sacred eye'. With this remark, the Admiral ordered all Corvette escort vessels and the Bastion itself to open fire on the large spherical ship. A space war erupted and beams of red light struck at us repeatedly testing our shields. The duel revealed that our lasers were impacting the foreign vessel, the damage it was receiving could not be confirmed. Upon orders from the Admiral, we proceeded to withdraw toward the anomaly. The goal was to trick the Enemy into sailing straight through it. And to achieve this, the Admiral reopened communications with the so called Emperor. And to my disbelief, our head admiral began to nickname the alien to it's face, calling it 'Wire Plugs' due to the strange nature of his body. Enraged and rightfully so, the orb like vessel tried to swallow us whole! At that moment I took the helm of the ship and dove the Bastion downwards dramatically. This caused the Enemy to get pulled into the anomaly vanishing." First mate Dunher and all of the officers under his command received the medal of valor for going above and beyond to defend the G.A. Immediately after the threat was gone, Anton Saxton quickly conveyed an emergency council inviting the last Zebratarian, Princess Nova , to join. Due to the damage caused by the mysterious emperor on the Tepi system, the Zebratarian was able to restore the world that was reduced in scale which in turn altered the entire gravitational flow of the solar system. Nova also identified the anomalies as being caused by ghost signals from the ancient space gates used during the Golden Era . Closing them, the threat of more appearances from the Empire of Unity were solved.

Malderane, the Dark One, is an evil being within the Adventures of Phox universe. Malderane, the Dark One Below is a total account of the actions of Malderane, the Dark One known to humanity of the present day. Read with caution. Malderane was a self-proclaimed deity that lived from the start of written records in the Dawning Era to the end of the Golden Era . His last mention was in the Malkatech in an event known as the sacking of Vancoura in the year 10485 Ge . Most modern historians believe Malderane to be dead, but his spirit to still capable of manipulating the physical realms. There is also an indication from writing that there was more than one of his kind. The Dark One had many servants that were lesser than him, but still immortal beings. Malderane's Philosophy In his own words, Malderane deems humans and all other sentient races, as inferior fragments of a failed design. His charter of "Immortality by Death" states that all living souls should succumb to his will and allow him to manifest himself within themselves to secure true happiness and life. Malderane's teachings are still practiced in a form called the "Mazzacarian Rite". Mazzacarian cultists still prosper in the form of extremism on outskirt worlds. Mazzacarians try to shape world politics with violence and convert new members to their views through fear and intimidation. Some resonate freely due to the self-centered nature of Malderane's teachings and the amount Mazzacarian rite excuses vices. Self-worship is also a key to becoming one with Malderane, and mental dysfunction is taught in Malderane's writings as being defaults of Magnum Auctor . The chosen ones of Malderane's cults claim that anyone who fully accepts the Dark One will be free of disease and ailments. An Artistic Representation of Malderane in his human form during his Reign. Malderane during the Dawning Era The Dawning Era was captured in writing from the Malketech as being tumultuous for man and other Sentient races. Below, it is written in somewhat abstract text the history of Malderane through the first era of time. Be mindful that ancient humans, and other sentients, did not know Malderane's real name. He was referred to as "The Keeper" or "Dark One." "The Keeper was destined to guide man through the mortal life into the spiritual. His perch was the highest of all the mountains, none was away from his sight. All sentient beings admired his grandeur, and respect was given to him and his master Magnum Auctor. Due to the passage of time and the rise of the Chyme Lords, many would begin to lose the memory of the one perched on the mountain. The supposed keeper of the sentient races failed to act and allowed heresies and ill deeds to progress. Until in the darkest hour of the night before the dawn, a thunderous clap of lightning announced his betrayal. For a messenger from Magnum Auctor smote the Dark One and condemned him to be forever banned from his master's house. Revelation from this spectacle gave the innocent lives warning, and they were able to hide in caverns deep. The Dark One consumed all the nonbelievers. And with diseases, he blighted the lifespans of all mortal beings." The written text continues to state that Malderane designed terrible constructs to house those he deemed too intelligent to make them mortal but through eternal torment. As mentioned in the article dedicated to the Malderane Era, he forced all of sentient life into colonies maxing at 5,000 lives. No more were allowed less they be culled out in the form of sacrifice. Malderane's Era, a Reign of Terror Malderane's reign is summarised under the Malderane Era. The worst affronts would be brought about against all mortal life during this period. Even nature would be under constant assault by the Dark One's desire to transform the entire universe into his abode. Constantly, he would twist his own words to trap those oppressed by him and kill as many sentient beings as he could. Malderane made false humans to replace the originals that would forever be loyal to him and share his fallen nature. But, none could reproduce and their numbers would never grow. Malderane made a point to set up his throne on Vancoura in the ruins of his once glorious palace to lord over the land. Due to his betrayal of Magnum Auctor, his domain had turned into a black void not capable of holding beauty. From his tormented dome, he would grow his malice and torment the whole world that was the home of humanity. There were groups of sentient mortals Malderane would grant gifts, ones that would give him the full honor that he demanded and allow him to manifest inside their bodies. These humans and other races were greatly feared amongst the oppressed. A depiction of what one of the false men of Malderane looked like. The Yazar system is one of the life-sustaining planets within the Galatic Antonian. The Yazar System " To no Crown shall I bend my Knee" The Yazar system is home to one of the G.A 's most mineral-rich planets that is life-sustaining. Colonized in the year 2460 Ge , humanity and the Teskras fertilized it, purified its waters, and turned it into a rival of Vancoura itself. During the reign of the Golden Era , the planet was full of prosperity much like all the other worlds. However, it offered a more rugged and frontier setting that many would seek to find an adventure of making a discovery yet to be seen. Zebratarians made the Yazar system the home to many of their great machines. Even to this day, archeologists uncover one of these ancient relics. The Yazar system was added to the G.A in the year 14,827 Ce when all 12 Antons declared themselves to be under the protection of the Vancouran Antonian , the Galactic Anton . In return of being part of the G.A, the Yazar assembly granted access for off-world miners to drill and mine on their territories. Its legacy of rich green waters, clear skies, pure rain, and peaceful land came to an end in the year 14920 Ce . The cause of this was brought about by the planet's decline into a dictatorship under the territorial governor Emmanuel Jarold. Officially breaking away from the G.A in the year 14,931 Ce , the governor organized many underhanded dealings before the war even broke out securing power both in the public offices and the underworld of the entire planet. During the war The Yazar succession war has been raging since the year 14,931 Ce to the present time. The first two years of the war was the containment and destruction of Yazar Republic 's fleets and interstellar defenses. Due to the length of the war from start to present year (7 years), the planetary defense shield caused extensive polluting affects to the atmosphere. It's hard to calculate the total affects on the wild life. The areas liberated by the G.A ground forces have revealed horrors both humanitarian and natural. Any location affected by a disaster under the Yazar Regime would be left on its own, condemned and converted to a waste site for excess chemicals from the war. The Yazar regime use an large amount of out dated plasma based weaponry. Unlike modern up to date arms based in plasma for the source of their payload, these forms of weapons tax the energy infrastructure and create much more amounts of chemical waste. Due to the nature of being pressed on multiple fronts, the Republic resorted to disposing of such assets by pouring it straight into the ground or into bodies of water. The impacts of this are yet to be analyzed and certain features have been contaminated with anti scanning particles forcing such sites to be tested by labs. Dynom is a scientist and one of the last of his kind called a Gazar Dynom Dynom is one of the last members of a sentient alien race known as Gazars. Gazars are much like machines but house organic matter within their metal-like shells. Dynom was an influential scientist of his race and remains to be a brilliant mind. He has become good friends with Professor Kap and is currently employed by Red Light. Dynom is known for his straight forward and dry humor. Majority of his jokes are actually brought about by his matter of fact statements perceived as satire. Dynom is an avid supporter of humans and has become good friends with Professor Kap. Thd Gazar is currently employed by Red Light.

Sparky is a best friend and business partner of Phox. Sparky Cocky and blunt, Sparky is a guy out looking for a good adventure. He makes an excellent companion when you need some firepower and a little engineering. Sparky works as a mercenary and often accompanies Phox on her mission. He runs a small dinner on the side to make a little extra money. Sparky is an Asteroid Barbaloo that lives on asteroid colonies on the outer edge of the galaxy. His particular group of Barbaloos started from a mysterious empire that fell apart many decades ago in the Great War between the Zebratarians and Malderane. He refers to his father as some form of warlord who is out to get him for betraying their emperor. Sparky brags about stealing the emperor's crown and selling it for his fancy hand cannon thus explaining why he is on the run. Example of Sparky's Hand Cannon Personality Sparky boats a very confident approach to any activity he undertakes. He would never admit to gambling, but Sparky practically takes gambles in high-risk jobs that he probably should avoid due to the dangers of their task. In his downtime, Sparky owns and runs a small pub in the southern hemisphere of Vancoura located within a tourist destination.

Howzier is a high ranking official within the Galactic Antonian Home Fleet Admiral Howzier Very commanding and strict to business, Howzier has the respect of all those underneath him. Despite his first impressions, he's quite a jokester. Howzier sometimes likes to use his renowned military career to set the stage for catching those who are nervous around him off guard with a quirky remark. Howzier assumed his role at a younger age than most of his predecessors. Being in his mid-30s, he is by far the youngest Grand Admiral to ever serve in the Antonian. With his rank, Admiral Howzier can control all fleets of the combined armed forces of the Interstellar Navy. The primary directive of the Home Fleet Admiral is to protect the capital system, Vancoura, and its neighboring planets, from domestic and foreign threats. This directive became extra strict after the Invasion of the Gazars. Admiral Howzier is also a member of the Council of Military Advice .

The Vancoura System "The Brightest Star" Vancoura is the home world of humanity named after the first city ever built, Vancoura. Once the capital planet of the Golden Empire , Vancoura now serves as the capital world of The Galactic Antonian The history of the human home world is both beautiful and full of trials. Prior to Malderane's Reign over humanity, Vancoura was subject to scorn from the Chyme Lords who saw it as a lost potential and took more pride in Cherra, a world now missing and assumed to be destroyed. Due to this, the human population of Vancoura was under constant oppression and deportation from the Ungar Dynasty . It wasn't until Birth of the Mazzacarians (those who worship Malderane as the author of being) that humans were allowed to live in peace on their home world. However, this came at a heavy cost of being under the rule of the Dark One, Malderane Himself. The Vancouran Population boomed after the liberation from Malderane’s reign by the Zebratarians with only a slight pause during the collapse of the Golden Era . Currently, the system sustains a record 14 billion lifeforms, not including alien life. In the Current Era , Vancoura enjoys expansive satellite cities built in space as stations that orbit the planet or its' moons. Only one out of the System's three moons is inhabited holding a population of 12 million. There are over 140 separate nations on Vancoura called Peltovs (Pel-Tow). The largest one is The Julian Peltov . United under the protection of The Galactic Antonian , the system lives in harmony. Each nation honors one another and answers the call of aid if catastrophe or threats arise. The nations are represented in a high court that convenes on the first day of the year. Vancoura city, the capital, shows many signs of its history. Despite having glorious modern skyscrapers soaring to the heavens, the roads of the metro are based off the original transit grid of the ancient city. The expansive underground city of the Golden Era is still used today. The River, which flows through the city, was created by the Zebratarians at the start of the Golden Era. The Central Tower is the tallest structure on the system which looms over the city. Vancoura in the Malderane Era and Earning its' Name. A mere few decades after the dawn of time, Malderane manifested himself to humanity as the god of all sentient life. The exact date of when this happened is in question, but according to the Malkatech , it states Malderane introduced himself in the year 385 De . Regardless of the timeline, humanity was enslaved. Vancoura was made the "Cage of humanity", the only place humans were allowed to live. Anyone who was caught worshiping the true creator, Magnam Auctor , was brutally punished. Vancoura was not allowed to have any groupings of humans in a city or town over a population of 5,000. According to the Malkatech it states that "Humans who were found to be dwelling in numbers greater than five thousand were culled out in the form of sacrifice. " This greatly put a pause on human civilization. Forming where Vancoura city stands today, a group of men and women began to dwell at the foothills of the large Torpea Mountains north of the Jungalear Peninsula. Their leader was named Bellator. Born from this hidden settlement and refuge would be the first major city ever built. It was named after his title to highlight his dedication to the Light, Vancoura, which means "Truth Bearer". The district that makes up the City's heart bears his name, Bellator. And thus later Vancoura would become the name of the world. For because of Bellator's bravery, humanity never lost sight of hope, the human home world is the living definition of Vancoura. This map depicts the location of where the human refugees hid for many centuries safe from Malderane's evil designs. Vancoura in the Golden Era Due to the bravery of the Legendary Bellator, a small generation of humans were left loyal to Magnam Auctor . Answering the prayers of humanity, the glorious Zebratarians were sent forth to liberate humanity from Malderane's twisted designs in the year of 1,400 Me . With the element of surprise and virtue, the Zebratarians forced the Dark One's host into a rift leading back to the realm of his birth. Signing a truce, Malderane was forced to be trapped behind walls of Zebratarian defense over a lake near the eastern side of the Torpeas Mountains. Now liberated, humanity began to flourish. Helping man to achieve remarkable feats, the Zebratarians sped up humanity's process to develop infrastructure, cities and even space travel. Other races that were under the severe control of Malderane that were not human were also liberated as the Golden Empire was formed. Vancoura was at its' heart, and the Galaxy was deemed "The Realm of Man". Vancoura became a symbol of devotion and bravery. It had survived the harshness of its early years and was now the center of revival and the birth of a 10,000-year-long Golden Age. Vancoura City became the largest and oldest city ever to be built.

Sacking of Vancoura was the start of the Current Era and the collapse of the Golden Era. Sacking of Vancoura The sacking of Vancoura, also known as the fall of the Golden Era , occurred in the year 10,485 CE . Since Vancoura was the throne city of the Patriarchy of humanity, the metro was the epicenter of violence when Malderane committed to his betrayal of all that was good. The number of lives lost is unknown. A 10-year census of the city was recovered in the ancient ruins of the "Hall of Man " dating back to the year 10,400 Ge stating the number of inhabitants to be around 80 million. The current census conducted within the last decade is less than half of that amount tallying a total of 37.2 Million residents. Displaced and defiled, Vancoura lost the majority of its inhabitants making it descend into great ruin. The magnificence of its many wonders is still being discovered to this day in excavation sites near the interior portions. Aftermath In the months after the initial war broke out amongst the Zebratarians and human races that were allied with each faction, many sought shelter in the naturally formed caves in the Torpea mountains east of Vancoura. The Spire, the tallest structure ever built, retreated deep beneath the city as the Zebratarians left. After its retraction, large portions of the city's underground networks collapsed. Even still, to this day, modern Vancourians can use the expansive transit system that connects all portions of the city with one another underground. The capital of the Antonian sits near the old site of the Spire. The central transit hub stands near its predecessor, the Hall of Man. Archeologists continue to find clues that piece together the rich history of the Antonian capital in this area. The ancient space port was somewhat left intact from the savage destruction of Ancient Vancoura. As civilization began to recover, the city once again became the center for interstellar travel. The Torkas Empire is a faction set in the Adventures of Phox Torkas Empire The Torkas Empire is the most organized faction that has a majority Mazzacarian rite. Its head and government are run by religious orders that worship Malderane , and its Emperor is deemed a prophet of the Dark One. The Torkas empire was formed in the year 11296 Ce when all tribes of the Torkai vowed to erase humanity on behalf of their god, Malderane. Ever since the humanity wars, animosity between humanity and the Torkai has been boiling with multiple localized wars, and greater conflicts, raging between the two races. With sentient sacrifices to their dark deities in growing demand, humans are prized victims of their cults. But the G.A remains strong and technically advanced, the Torkas Empire can't reach its goal of total enslavement of humanity. Sparking civil unrest and political corruption within the G.A to weaken it has proved to be slightly effective. However, in open war, the Antonian still own the field of battle. With dark prayers for the leaders of the G.A to drop dead going unanswered, the Torkas emperor blames the unheard calls on his people citing them to be too secular thus driving them further into depraved cults. In reality, his false deities lack the supreme power to carry out such feats. The Goals of the Empire beyond Human Destruction All tribes under the unity of the Torkas empire seek to manifest Malderane by conjuring him inside the ruins of his ancient palace. The location of course is on Vancoura which coincides with their main mission of enslaving humanity and sacrificing them to the Dark One and using them as a royal food source reserved for their emperor. Their plan after their mission succeeds and Malderane is reincarnated, they seek to spread their goals beyond the galaxy to form an eternal empire and regain what was present during the Malderane Era .

Walka is a battle robot who works for Sparky and time to time, Phox. Walka, the Battle Bot Walka has a heart of steal and a will of iron. He's a land support rover and the most trusted companion to Sparky. Walka has a very advanced AI which gives him a human personality. He only does what his master tells him, he will listen to no one else unless they have his remote controller. Walka is somewhat of a hoarder who keeps all kinds of nic naks and would prefer to be left alone. Fighting is his favorite thing to do, he has incredible strength and is armed with a 50-caliber machine gun in his chest.

Antonianships is a form of government within the Adventures of Phox verse. Antonianship, Galactic and Terrestrial Antonianship An Antonian is equivalent to a kingdom but with more democratic qualities. An Anton can be allowed to have heirs and a family however, this is the most corruptible form of Antonianship. The Galactic Antonian is the only Antonship that has its ruler elected by a popular vote with the candidate being single with no heirs. Once elected, he or she can not marry or have heirs. "The Anton" refers to the ruler of an Antonianship just like "The King" refers to the ruler of a kingdom. The female variant for "Anton" is "Arra". A Galactic Anton is to be addressed in the same manner. Just simply "The Anton" or "The Arra." With an Antonianship, the people can express sway or power using the "parliament of citizens" and a "senate". The legislative body creates the constitution when an Antonian is forming. The Anton reviews the constitution and then places it before the public for review. If the certain Antonian has an heir system, the Anton or Arra is not up for election. However, the other members of government would be duly elected by the citizens. Galactic Antonianship A Galactic Antonianship is when an Antonian makes up an entire planetary system or multiple worlds. These are normally formed with the full consent of smaller Antonians uniting themselves under the strongest Antanian. Those that are formed by force are not long-lasting and collapse under the strain of rebellions. An Antonianship that is Galactic uses the same form of gonvermental bodies as a smaller/regular Antonian. However, the leaders of the smaller Antonians making up the body of the Galactic Antonian are called "Peltovs -(Pel-tows)." Each leader behaves much like a govenor with their own set of local principalities (Smaller Peltovs that have heirs to their Leaders) and congressional bodies.
